In a masterful stroke of judiciary payback, 5th column jurists on the US Supreme Court got even with their conservative colleagues for siding with the Constitution over the 2000 Presidential Election controversy. In a 5-4 'GOTCHA' the High (as in what kind of jurisprudence were they smokin') Court ruled that: terrorists have a constitutional right to go to federal court to challenge their continued detention; essentially handing many of these unholy warriors, either a get out of jail free card or a platform in US Federal courtrooms, from which to spread their destructive and diseased propaganda. Many are sure receive the special bonus of a triumphant return home to a heroes welcome. After which, each will likely lay down the sword and live out the remainder of his days teaching peace and quietly contemplating…Not! Just how quiet does KA-BOOM sound to you; we'll be hearing from these guys again!
If this were a sporting event the headline might read: TERRORISTS 5, HOME LAND SECURITY 4. To most Americans losing, even if only by one run, is a bad thing; yet again, there's always tomorrow, next week or next season. But, in the words of Yogi Berra THIS AIN'T NO GAME; even if it were, these evil ones -yes I said it- these evil Jihadist' are playing for KEEPS! Wake up America and smell the JIHAD!
